We were concerned about that because that was our only bathroom. He said if we were willing for him to stay later he could shorten that time. Alex had it done in a DAY!! "Drain Genie promptly answered my morning call & I had a appointment between 10-11 am. The service technician, a very pleasant young man was on time & happily agreed to keep the 6 foot distance & precautions due to the coronavirus outbreak. He only walked thru my house one time & conducted all the work at the outside clean-out & left by the side yard to avoid personal contact. He had me flush all the drains & commodes to make sure everything was running before he left. He gave me some advice about keeping drains clear. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. And the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company."

"The flooring install came out very nice. Very level with almost no lippage. We decided to spend more for the leveling system which was worth the cost. Gregory was there when he said he would be and finished on time. Cleanup was good but we did have to de-haze after. There were a few small items we wanted to correct when he comes back to do the shower but do not detract from the overall job. We are happy with the outcome and plan to hire again for the shower."

He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."
