Robert removed the bad connection part, got my dryer up and running. And he connected my washer told me my bent drain hose would create a problem and he replaced it with a new unbent hose and secured the connections. He cleaned up the area of his work debris and tested the appliances to make sure they were working. I am very satisfied with the work Robert did and his professionalism. "Ken, the owner of Douglasville Heating and Air arrived right on time.  As I requested, his office called me prior to arrival so I could isolate our pets.  One of the feet had become detached and the machine was unusable.  He quickly reattached the foot and leveled the machine within 15 minutes.  Machine is working fine now. <br /> I picked Douglasville Heating and Air from the listing of Large Appliance Repair companies.  Factors in my decision were the favorable comments from reviews in Angie's List, the coupon for 1/2 price service call, and the fact that it was a local company.  During the repair Ken and I chatted and I told him about an issue with our refrigerator controls that another company had been unable to fix.  The other company advised that the part was out of stock.  Ken took down the model number of the refrigerator and within an hour had found the part and it is now scheduled for repair once the part arrives. <br /> I can't say enough good things about the service and professionalism from Ken.  I will be calling him for any repairs in the future. <br />"
