Warren was in touch with me continually, and flexible when it came to organizing a convenient time for both of us to assess the problem with my washer. Although he could not find the part anywhere to fix my 7 year old Maytag washer, he did offer options including finding a refurbished part. In addition, he offered professional advice when I asked him what to do next, and what brands he would recommend if we bought new. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"This was partially my mistake, but I ended up paying for a garbage disposal I did not need. Not until the new disposal was installed did the installer test to find out that the problem was not with the disposal itself, but with the wall switch to turn it on. So I spent $299 for a new disposal that I didn't need. It was my mistake, I guess, because I didn't realize that it could be something else and I prepaid for the new disposal. But learn from my mistake...before you pay for something, you should really check and confirm the cause of the problem. Don't assume that the company you hire will do that automatically. I assumed they would clue me in to what else the problem could be or at least ask what the problem was before installing this. Live and learn... Would I hire them again? Yes, but only knowing that I can't assume that they will do the diagnosis prior to repair or replace. Also, when they called to confirm the appointment, the man who called told me there would be an additional dispatch fee...when i told him that the service was portrayed as all inclusive on Angie's List, and to talk to the owner...he came back and told me they would wave the fee. So again, the customer must really be on his/her toes and object to hidden fees."

Very nice service rep however I was not happy with his cleanup.  Where ever he went in my home, he did not cleanup after himself.  The power outlet that he changed in the guest bathroom, he discarded the old parts in my bathroom trash, he left dust and debris on the counter top and did not try to replace any of the items he shifted in order to access the outlet.

He checked the panel in my basement and left the panel door open.  He moved the outside hose rack into my driveway in order to check my power meter and left the hose and rack in the driveway, I had to replace it myself.

Cleanup, or at least attempted cleanup, is very important to me.  I don't think I should have to cleanup after any service provider who does work in my home.

I had an issue with the work done right after the first service call.  They sent in a new service rep who did all the right things.
