"Call Atlanta Tankless & Water Heater before you call anyone else. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair."

"I had a new air conditioner, heater and water heater installed. Everything went so smoothly as usual with Estes. I always can count on Estes to be on time and polite plus do excellent work. Have used Estes for over 40 yrs."

"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"The tech was great in explaining everything and showing me the bad part removed water meter hose"

"Excellent work and the price was right. Replaced gas hot water heater and 3 shutoff valves. Everything to code for $1900. Very satisfied."

Crews were very hard working and the attention to detail was amazing, they left the areas cleaner than when started."

"Tommy did several jobs including capping unused old gas lines, installing new gas line and tankless water heater, repairing bathroom fixtures and checking the water pipes and inside of our septic tank. "I selected having my new HVAC (heatpump) system installed by Ragsdale based on the qualified sales consultation, the use of Carrier products made in the USA, and Ragsdale being a local certified family run business. My new unit was installed this morning by two technicians who worked efficiently and who kept me in the loop about the new equipment, thermostat, warranty, and FAQs. They were polite, neat & tidy. Well recommended."

"/t 9r. Arthur Parham took his time to effectively diagnose the problem and inspect the entire furnace to identify any other issues that could potentially cause a other problems in the future.  His patience and professionalism were both refreshing and reassuring because the company that I hired beforehand only inspected the furnace for approximately 15 minutes and quoted me a bill for $1,025.00, which included the replacement of the mother board, various/multiple sensors and blower motor (i.e. the main Fan that blows the heat/AC throughout the house). I could tell that the other company was only out to get as much money as they could as quickly possible. The other company made me feel rushed and pressured while on the other hand, Mr.Parham made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. The proof that Mr. Parham's business was the correct decision is crystal clear in this particular case because not only did he correct the problem, he prevented me from being ripped-off by replacing only what was needed! This saved me approximately $700 last week and I am now a newly converted customer. Thank you Aurthur!!!
