He showed me how to find all the information to give to renewal by Anderson. He said they have done installing for renewal,and it will be easier and more cost-effective if I used renewal by Anderson. I appreciate the honesty, and although I was not able to hire him, I have to give them an excellent recommendation for being so honest"
