We rescheduled it for the following Monday morning at 8; at 9 I called the office and got a recording. About 9:30 he called to tell me that he was having the vehicle towed and that he was loading the stuff in his personal vehicle so he could come and take a look at everything. He couldn't go on the roof to look at the chimney because he couldn't transport the big ladders. He did get the chimney cleaned out. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the workings of the fireplace. He came back and put some caps on the chimney later.
