"We have had exceptional service through Kerrville Plumbing for all our plumbing home issues, such as: R O faucet and installing shut off valves in our home. Robert, the technician, has provided outstanding annual services, of our hot water heaters and the R O system to help prevent any disruptive plumbing issues."

"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians, plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"Team Enoch sent Jacob and Merick the next day to replace my old water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater. They were very kind, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived until exit. They communicated with me throughout to educate me on the process and future maintenance. I had a wonderful experience with Team Enoch from the initial call, financing this unexpected expense at an affordable cost, and the final install with excellent warranty coverages. Thank you all for making this a positive experience for me."

"Justine from Prostar was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us great price options and followed up after the installation to be sure we were happy. They were on time and did a great job! The technician thoroughly explained what they were doing and how long it would take. We had several quotes/options, but Prostar Water definitely provided the best product and service for the money!"

"Awesome! This is the second time I've called BCP. James checked my water heater for a possible leak and checked the igniter switch. He called the mfg to discuss the switch and to handle any warranty coverage. We learned that what we thought could be a problem wasn't a problem after all. Thank you so much James and Adam for going the extra mile. You're my permanent plumbing resource!"

"Work went great. Our initial call was due to a leaking water heater and leaking shower valve. I called Legend Plumbing and Jesse came that morning. He observed that we had galvanized piping, and getting the house re-piped was on our list of things to do. Legend Plumbing gave us a 'package' bid in which we were given a significant discount on the water heater replacement, plus repairing the shower and re-piping the house and water line leading from the water meter to our house. We had to have the water shut off twice, and they worked with us to accommodate our schedule. When they were scheduled to work they arrived promptly, and cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. We are extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire Legend Plumbing again."

"JJ was extremely professional, thorough and friendly. After fixing a clogged sink, we asked him about lack of water pressure in our shower. JJ showed both my husband and I a concern for our water heater. We had no idea on how badly in shape it was. JJ took his time to explain what needed to be done and gave us our options. We will definitely use Parker and Sons plumbing again!
