"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "Nick removed an old ceiling fan that was broken. He replaced it with a new fan and made sure all the remotes in the house were properly set. He cleaned up everything and hauled off the old fan.

"They came out and did some other work for me. I had bees in my ceiling so I had honey running down my wall. They came a cut a hole in the ceiling and pulled out all the rest of the honey comb and patched it up. It started in December and then it went on over a period of time between my schedule and their schedule. They had to wait for stuff to air out and dry so it went on over 4-6 weeks. I had it wrapped into something else because i had some dry rot on the front porch so they had to come and dismantle part of the tile on the front porch and prop it up and take out all the bad wood and put in new wood. It was kind of a messy project."

Worker was extremely skilled in matching texturing on walls and ceiling and did a fabulous job in cleaning up shoddy workmanship from the 70s when the kitchen skylight was originally installed and left in a messy condition only to be hidden by a frosted panel!  The workmanship was top notch in making it look spectacular.

"Wonderful to work with Jack and Tom. They gave me a set price and immediately put my carpentry project on their schedule. They refinished and repaired treads on 30 year old floating staircase when others wanted to replace with new. Wood was cracked and full of nail and staple holes. They recognized the wood is high quality white oak and worth salvaging however! They are professional, responsible, considerate and detailed in their work. True craftsman who love what they do. "Dallas came to give us an estimate and preview the work. He helped us pick a color and made recommendations on the colors that would work best for the colors of our home. Nick and James came out to do the work exactly on schedule. They completed the work in a day. We had them apply additional coats of stain and texturing until we were happy with the outcome. They did this without question and stayed late into the afternoon until we were satisfied. A couple of days later the sidewalk still looked a little light to us and they came out the next day and applied additional coats until we were happy.
This was a superb experience. They did excellent work and were a dream to work with. They really bent over backwards to make us happy with the job and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever have another job like this or anyone is looking for a recommendation I will recommend Environmental Management in a second."
