My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "The fiberglass shower floor in our master bathroom cracked and needed to be replaced. I contacted Russ and made an appointment for him to come and give me an estimate. He arrived early on the appointed day and gave me an estimate to replace the existing shower floor with tile, grout the new floor, reinstall the shower door and touch up cracked grout as needed. Our responsibility would be to purchase the desired tile and grout of our choice. Russ was very specific about how much material we would need to supply for the job and suggested a dealer to check out because of the wide selection they offered. We chose a 12x12 natural stone tile that was a nice contrast to our existing tile. Russ and his son showed on the desired day to start the job and were very professional and careful in their work. They cleaned up afer themselves and the finished job is wonderful. You would never know that our new shower floor wasn't original. I would definitely have Russ come back and do more tile work in the future if needed."

After getting 7 other bids for the job (all way over budget and none who felt like they actually cared about doing a good job), Jon came in on our budget and we felt really good about the quality of work we would be getting since he was so helpful in getting started. They started work while we were out of town and finished in 5 days. We returned home to a beautiful home and they did really excellent work all around. They had to contend with some of our brand new furniture that was delivered before they started and all of our stuff was kept in perfect condition and they did a great job of protecting it. Everyone who comes to the house oohs and ahhs over the paint and we feel so good about the work that was done in our home and the care they took with our space. We are so happy we chose Carolina Complete Services and will be using them again when we decide to paint the exterior."

"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."
