We hired David to do a mold inspection on the house that we have been renting since March. Since we moved in, my 1.5 year old son and 3.5 year old daughter. "A broken water heater discharged most of the tank throughout the basement, including the crawl space. While we had cleaned up a goodly amount of water, there was quite a bit in the crawl space, and I was concerned about wet insulation and and the wood framing in addition to water underneath the shelving and storage in the basement. I called Cleanbright in the early afternoon, and Matt called back within the hour. He came over that same afternoon to determine what needed to be done, and returned later to set up the fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the basement. He set everything up, and gave me the time frame expected to dry the basement thoroughly so there would be no mold or mildew. He also called the day after the equipment was put in to check on how things were going. Matt returned again the next day and checked the basement, which was completely dry, from insulation to wood, and he and Chris removed all the equipment quickly and neatly. We were very pleased with the service and fast response and the good results. I would use them again and recommend Matt and his company highly."
