Mark Bernett arrived right on time. He was very professional and explained all the possibilities. It turned out to be a bad pressure reducing valve. When I asked when they could replace it, Mark said the same day. They did the work and checked everything inside and outside. He even changed out the hot water valve so it would drain more quickly when we do the required draining. This is the second time we've used Mr Rooter and have been very please both times."

"Two valves and a leak were repaired. I started with old rusted main that was leaking. While doing the work I asked to have the hose bib updated and the system sprung a leak that was also repaired. "I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility.
