"So we've been hearing some strange noise when we either turn on and off a faucet or at the end cycle of a toilet tank fill. Called for an appointment and set up an appointment for the next day. When I asked when they could replace it, Mark said the same day. They did the work and checked everything inside and outside. He even changed out the hot water valve so it would drain more quickly when we do the required draining. This is the second time we've used Mr Rooter and have been very please both times."
