He showed me the internals to verify the damage was cosmetic only on external sheet metal and secured me a sever hundred dollar discount from the dealer as my choice vs exchanging. I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor. He is fair, polite and interested in growing his business vs. taking advantage of his customers.
