After dealing with the other company for days with no resolve I reached back out to Hall's. He was so upset that his recommendation did not take care of my needs that he was at my home before I knew it. He fixed everything in 45 minutes that the other company could not then did not charge me due to the delay I had. Not only was he extremely courteous he was skilled in the repair.
