They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Dan came over at exactly 9AM on the appointment date and provided me a estimate (they give a discount to Angie's list customers) Dan was polite and professional and took time to describe the work and materials. 
I had another company lined up for a different product,they did not show up or even call on the agreed upon visit, they sent me a estimate in the mail, never called and must have visited my house w/o me around. 
Dan called a few days later to follow up and I went with his proposal.
The tech arrived on time for the work, was personable, did a great job and cleaned up.
