"The company installed my tankless heater a few years back and they did a fine job. A part of the installation was the descaling filter. Late last fall i could not open it to replace a cartridge so called them up to help me fix the issue. The plumber who showed up stated that he did not have the right parts. He was expecting a newer filter cartridge as they do not install what i have anymore. I expected they would look up their work records to see what i have. They DID NOT, nor asked me what i have. The plumber came back and replaced the whole filter/cartridge setup. It took him about 40 minutes. The invoice i received was for $425. I called the owner and asked why. His response was that because I "did not tell them the correct part" they had to return and i am charged for two service visits, parts and labor. I told the owner that i agree to the charge for one visit and parts + labor, but he charged me $425. I asked American Express to dispute this charge. Rip off!!!"

"Wow! So happy with these guys! Reception agent was super friendly and understood my situation quickly. Proposed an arrival that afternoon from 1 to 6, they showed up about 1:30, done by 3pm! I had water back in spades with my new pump! Never had pressure like this before! Great job, folks!"
