"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Everything went well. I was texted the night before to remind me of my appointment. I received a call, about an hour prior o Cortez's arrival. This was all within the 10am-12pm window. Cortez was very professional, and did not find any particular issue with my dedicated line and provided advice on a part for me to get and possibly install. He was open to installing the light switch, because work was not on the original plan and did the removal and install of the light switch in a timely manner. I would recommend and use Murphy Family Services again. The scheduling service was perfect."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
