And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"It cost a lot , it was on a weekend and we did not have a lot of choice. They came out, they were prompt. It was on a weekend and so, I had to pay through the nose for the service call. I had them recharge the system to find out where the leak was. The price was average. They did good work, we didn't have to have them back again. for responsiveness, they were good. They came out within 2 hours from when I called. They were punctual. We don't live there anymore but if we still lived in that area, I would call them back. It was a good experience. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it.
