"Generally I found Mr. Hooks to be a diligent and personalbe service person. There are two things, though, that I have concerns about. One is there is still a periodic slight rubbing noise. It is much better than before which was a fairly loud sqeek, but the tub of the dryer at one point in the rotation is rubbing against the frame and he seemed to be unable to completely eliminate this problem. As he was manually rotaing the tub you could see that the tub had a slight displacement off of center. That seems to be bringing the rear of the tub into contact with the frame at one point in the rotation, resulting in the rubbing noise. Mr. Hooks worked an extra 40 or more minutes trying to eliminate the problem but was unable to completely stop it. He indicated that it was not a substancial problem that would affect the operation of the dryer. I hope that is correct and that we will not have to call back to have it reserviced. I realize an old appliance cannot be perfectly fixed. The second was that there were a two or three black machine screws left on the floor after he had reassembled the dryer. I do not know if they were extras or if they really should have been used in the reassembly. The dryer seems to be running ok, just that slight rubbing noise. The reason I did not indicate whether I would recommend your service is wanting to see how the dryer continues to run before making that judgement. It has only been a little more than a week and we have not used the dryer a lot in that time."

"The tech was very nice and personable. The only reason I'm not able to give him 5 stars is because it would have cost me about $350 total for my washer to be fixed. And I got a new one for about $400 because of a really good sale. Now, to be fair there was alot wrong with my washer. I truely believe he could have fixed it. It just made more financial since to my husband and I to buy a new one then spend the money on on fixing a machine that could be 10 years old. I say "could" because the machine was left with our house when we bought it. Again, the tech was great and I felt like he was being honest with me."
