"I had a foundation issue that caused a window to shift out of its casing. Window World was happy enough to help me with just the one window that would need to be replaced. The sale, scheduling to the installation was done very quickly and everyone was all very polite and professional."

"I contacted their sales rep who worked with me over a period of a few months to set this plan in motion.  He was very helpful, honest and attentive.  I appreciated that he didn't hound us for the sale.  Once installation day came, the team showed up on time.  They were very neat, and very very polite.  We were impressed at how efficiently this team performed together.  It was clear that they had their routine down to an art. They took out the old windows and put the new ones in a very efficient manner in the middle of January!!  They worked so diligently that our house never even cooled. The windows fit and look great.  They did a nice job of cleaning up, both inside and outside the house.  And they finished all of this in one day.  Start to finish, I believe they installed everything in 6-7 hours!  I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience.  And they charged less than half the price of their local competition!  I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family.

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"I was referred to Perfect Choice Exteriors & Bathrooms by a great family in my area, and the experience has been amazing. The phone call to their office was informative and helpful. Our consultant, was professional and friendly. Today, the window installers were prompt, paid attention to the important details, and professional. The windows and trim look wonderful, and they cleaned up impeccably. This company is amazing, and I would refer them to anyone looking for replacement windows."

"Pivotal Basement Solutions are highly recommended for foundation repairs & waterproofing for good reason. After meeting with Andy & Jeff the first time I knew this was the company for us. Honest, prompt & professional. So easy to talk to & answer any & all questions. They finished the job in a timely manner, working steady all day & most of all treated our home as if it was their own. A family run business with a great reputation. Thank you guys for a job well done. Tom & Julie Svendsen"

"Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."

"It was very professional the installer answered all my questions as his was removing the windows and showing were damage was on the old windows and how much more efficient the new would be . Ià ¢à  à  m very please with my new windows I would recommend them"
