Kramer discussed the details with us thoroughly and paid close attention to what we wanted. He's a craftsman, and his work is excellent. He also left the jobsite very clean and free of debris. The new balcony is gorgeous! Kramer gave us a very reasonable price, and he was efficient, expert, and overall a pleasure to have working at our house. We'll be calling him for all our home renovations from now on!"

We were in the process of selling our house and the inspector had found some roof shingles that needed replacing and places that needed resealing in order for us to pass inspection. We needed to have this done immediately and Roofing USA was very responsive! They came and looked at the roof and we're back the next morning to complete everything on the inspector's list. The repairs cost more than the maintainence package because of the size of the roof and the extra things on the list, but it was well worth it and just all part of selling the house. ?

"I contracted Just Stucco to re-stucco my entire house after getting quotes from 4 places. It wasn't cheap, but the quotes from different companies were all in the same ballpark. This is the post-COVID reality. The owner/supervisor was very confident of his price and his company's craft -- there was no pressure sales tactics or mind games at all, which gave me confidence. Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do. Overall I was very satisfied. One always have to wait a bit to see how the new stucco withstand the New Mexico weather, but I don't anticipate problems. "This was such a strange and frustrating experience. During the estimate, the team mentioned that they provided other services beyond roof/deck repair, and because they seemed so thorough about the original estimate, I showed them two other projects that we were ready to start work on. The team seemed genuinely interested and promised to get us a quote quickly. Quickly turned into a couple of weeks. We were frustrated but waited. When it finally came, we felt it was fairly priced but had some questions that I outlined in an email and asked for a call to discuss. No answer. I called and emailed several times and got radio silence. The gentlemen who put the quote together did call once and said he was handing it over to Dave the owner to hash it out, and that someone would call me. As a last resort, I called Heavon, (one of the other owners) who said she was driving and would call me back, and then never called me back. Note: We did not hire this team, but they did set us back about 3 weeks because they just never contacted us after the 2nd estimate. After 3 weeks we had to start with estimates all over again since we had already told the other companies that we had found someone to do the work."

"Mr. Velarde is a true craftsman. He knows old buildings and how to fix them. I feel I can trust him in my home alone. I have hired him to do other projects and advanced him funds for materials. The only negative I have with Mr. Velarde is his being on a time schedule. If you are a "New York" type Mr. Velarde may not be the best match. But if you want a job done right I would recommend Mr. Velarde."
