"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. "From start to finish, the project went smoothly. I did have some wood that need to be replaced but this was not unexpected. 10-12 people showed up and finished in one day. They cleaned everything up. We only found a few nails. They took off Ray St. Clair installed Gutter Helmets and put them back on. This was basically free. Ray St. Clair wanted $1800 for this service (which is ridiculous). In the end, most of the gutter helmets worked but the front of the house. Ray St. Clair did have to come out to replace these at a cost of $500 (which is way less then $1800). They took photos of everything along the way. I did have other estimates that were a bit lower and Ray St. Clair was a lot higher."

"They installed 68 "sister" joists and new sill plates while leveling everything. The drainage system consisted of a new pit and sump pump, a trench around the perimeter with perforated pipe covered with rock and then a vapor barrier over the entire area."

"The initial work was poor with the drainage lines not extended as far as promised and the cutter clean-out improperly positioned.  However, after calling the owner and providing my comments, the owner came to the property and inspected the work.  The owner agreed that the work was not satisfactory, and immediately promised to remedy the issues.  The owner arrived the next week with his crew and took care of the issues.  Additional work was also performed for a reduced charge.  Because the owner was willing to remedy the issues with the original job, he appears to be fair and interested in making sure the job is done correctly. <br /> One issue to note is that the lawn sprinkler lines were inadvertently cut when the work was performed in the fall of 2014.  When the sprinkler system was restarted in the spring of 2015, I had to pay the sprinkler company to repair the lines that were cut. <br />"
