"I recently had vinyl plank flooring installed in my basement gym/office by At Home Carpet and Flooring. Their pricing was competitive, which is what led me to move forward. After paying the deposit, I had to follow up to confirm scheduling. Once set, the installer prepped the floor, applied glue, and returned a few hours later to install the planks. The job itself was quick, and the initial result looked fine, though there were a couple of small gaps between boards. A few days later, I noticed boards lifting along the baseboards. I contacted Ronnie, and he sent the installer back to fix it, which I appreciated. Now about a month later, I?m seeing a few more areas where the boards aren?t adhering properly. Overall, the pricing was good and they were responsive when issues came up, but the installation quality has been somewhat inconsistent. I?ll be reaching out again to have the new areas addressed."
