They never dug the ditch the pipe that goes to the one sump pump is laying on top of the ground not in no ditch They never leveled it off like they were supposed to and because the water hasn?t been goi g out the jacks they put in are sinking and my house is worse than before"

I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
