"Andrew Caraway is the gentlemen that came out to do the repairs. Unfortunately due to the age of the toilet, the parts he had on the truck were newer products. He researched where the correct parts were located, picked up the parts and finished the repair in one visit. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He has a great personality and we new he could be trusted. This is my 2nd experience and I would call them again."

"We just moved into a home with the Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system and the Water Refining System and had no knowledge of how these systems work or how to control them.  The technician was Richard Martin and he was extremely knowledgeable. He spent over an hour explaining how the systems worked and how to use the Hydrolink Remote Control.  He cleaned the water softener and filled the brine tank to the desired level.  He replaced the old cartridges in the drinking water system and tested the water before and after. I was extremely pleased with the service.  Therefore I took out a one year service contract

"Checked the entire house and water heater.? We discussed the water in depth, it would need to be replaced in the next year and it was 10 years old, at the end of it's life.? Adjusted all toilets and installed two new flappers, so the toilets don't run constantly and saves water.? Checked the shower and replaced the shower head.? We were entirely satisfied with the service."

"Please note the service was impeccable & informative. I am a pleased customer. I was able to work out a price that was affordable for me & could even give a tip. The gentleman was very kind, professional, & courteous. A big IF, I had a plumbing issue, I would contact New Trinity again because I know we would work out a great deal."

"I hired them to replace a leaky outdoor faucet. They came out the same day, and had their replacement part on their truck (it's a common repair). They were done in about an hour. I have no complaints. I'm happy with the repair. I would definitely call them for other needed repairs."

"The technician was friendly and answered all of my questions and explained my options. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner."

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
