It was not an emergency so we set up an appointment for the following day and received a confirmation email to remind us. Floyd called early the day of the appointment to see if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed, removed and replaced a capacitor that had gone bad quickly and was courteous and professional during the whole process while answering all of my questions. He even left the part he replaced with us so that we physically had possession of it. We will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs."
