"I called Jack on Tuesday to explore the possibility of installing a new hot water heater.  The old one was beginning to deliver sediment to the down stairs tub in the form of black, gravel like gunk.  He came by that afternoon to explore options for either flushing the existing heater or replacing it.  We  agreed that the best option was simply to replace the old heater since it was so old.  He said he could schedule the installation for Friday morning.  By Thursday the gunk coming into the tub made it unusable.
The next think I knew he informed me that he had a change in his schedule and could install the new heater Thursday afternoon.  He arrived at 3:00 PM and at 5:00 PM we had a new water heater, lines flushed and crystal clear water filling the tub.
This is the fourth time I have used Jack Crew and I will certainly call him again with any of my plumbing needs.

Mario the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. Scott Hill tested a small area first to see if his equipment could get the area clean before doing the entire floor. The next day after the stone tile dried out we could see that his equipment could clean our uneven surface and ever since we have enjoyed and appreciated using their services to keep my floors clean."
