"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. "It's now been 2 weeks since Roger himself came out and quickly replaced the (probably 15+ year old) faucet with a good-quality metal replacement. He also offered to do a walkaround inspection with me. <br /> During the inspection, he caught a few things (some of which I knew about from the home inspector when I purchased, and some that were issues with non-code work). His non-pushy nature and professionalism decided me to have them to come back and do some of the more strenuous exterior repairs, which they did (which was, of course, a completely different job from the agreed-on faucet replacement).They did the work while I was offsite, including digging a ditch to install some valves. when I came home, the place appeared just as I'd left it except for the new additions - the ditch work was unnoticeable except for it being the only ground with no weeds. <br /> Yes, their prices are not the cheapest, but it's a fixed price so they don't have any reason to stretch out the time - they do the work, then move on. But, as far as I can tell, they also did the work correctly. <br />"

"I went into the deal wanting to do a tankless hot water heater. The person who checked out the situation and did the estimate guided me back to a tanked HW Heater. Given my situation without any gas access this was the correct decision since electric tankless water heaters don't work very well. Good advice and good work. Job well done."
