I called at 8:00 pm and was able to reach them. After a brief explanation of what my problem was they explained the next steps and what to expect and scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. A team of three arrived early and got right to work. They tested the water pressure to confirm what I suspected and began the removal and install. They replaced the old construction grade brass and composite bell housing PRV with a quality a solid brass piece. In addition they added a larger Plumbing box and a shut off valve with a larger handle to make t easier to service in the future.
