"They sold me a solution and the ops team came out the date we had planned, 6 weeks after the booking date and said it could not be done and on top of that was rude, and said he was irritated that his team wasn?t getting paid and left abruptly. Wow. The manager called me back and said they would give me a discount on another solution and scheduled an appointment and didn?t show up or respond to my emails. Not good "

"Great company to work with. The cost was very reasonable, they didn’t try to oversell, and they didn’t require any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again and have referred them to others."

"Highly recommend Summit Pro Concrete Solutions! Brian was very professional, responsive, and hard working. He came out to give us a free estimate on the same day we contacted him, and was able to complete the job the following week (concrete raising the front walkway, back patio, and a bedroom in the basement). We really appreciated his insight and honesty, and were very impressed by how quickly and level the job was! Reasonable prices and very worth it!"

"Malik, Andy and company did a good job installing two support beams in my crawl space. This was a lot of work and was done with excellence and professionalism. They needed to add a couple of extra I beams at no cost. Definitely recommend Ground Works for any foundation work. "

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Centennial, CO

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
