Technician removed my toilet before installing for flooring, which the other company wasn't going to do. Technician included floor molding, which the other company wasn't going to do. Empire salesman came with samples to show me, straightforward pricing, and made the process very simple. I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. I knew this was what I wanted. Great job by salesman and technician. My floor is beautiful!"
