Guardian closely worked with us on scheduling around our garbage pickup day, offsite parking availability and projected weather. Their bid was very reasonable and offered a reasonable time frame. Sealcoating was done with brush and squeegee and turned out great. Through no fault of Guardian, the mail truck did a number on the one end of the street and Guardian promptly fixed that for us for a nominal charge. Strongly recommend that you include them in your bidding process as you may be pleasantly surprised by their quote. Excellent work."

"Don’t do it! The owner was extremely unprofessional in every facet of the transaction! They came at 7 AM on Saturday morning with blowers that woke up our whole neighborhood and did not give a courtesy phone call the night before or the morning of to let us know we they were coming. They cut our sprinkler line and put dirt over it to cover up the mistake without letting us know and flooded our front yard. This cost us an emergency visit from the sprinkler company that we had to pay for. We called the owner to make him aware he never returned our phone call. Then within one week of his invoice was demanding payment. (Standard services are to be paid within the current month of service). Not only was our sprinkler line cut, they left our driveway, sidewalks, and our brick paver patio a muddy mess when we were having family over for a birthday party that afternoon. I have never worked with such an unprofessional and belligerent business owner in my life. Do not call this company you will regret it!"
