"The repair tech Alex Lamptey was truly professional, courteous and just a great person. Would highly recommend him and Almanac Refrigeration Services LLC."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My service tech Michael was very professional. Due to COVID there was a large window for the service call. From his arrival to his departure the second day, I completely satisfied. This company is professional, thorough and HONEST. They will be my go to for my appliance repairs in the future."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"It was a pleasure to do business with JR. He repaired our dishwasher and oven in the same call and is very professional. We will definitely call him first with any future issues."

"quick to respond, honest about repairs, professional and the tech was great in explaining, was knowledgeable about the appliance. Would recommend him to anyone. He needs a raise for the great job he did."

"They offered options for repairing washer and dryer, and in addition to resolving the problems offered a free service call and labor if I change my mind and fix things another way."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
