He came on time, and even though it was freezing cold,very windy, and almost dark, he said he could fix it right then. He pointed out that the gate was actually on upside down and it fixed it satisfactorily in less than an hour. I will call JD again for handyman work.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
