"A large contingent of workers arrived on schedule. They moved the remaining stuff in the basement, a collection of 47 years of "stuff", and got right to it. They jack hammered the perimeter of the basement, removed the concrete, laid new drainage piping, recemented the floor, and painted the moldy walls with a water proof sealant paint. The job took 2 days. They didn't make a mess. They didn't leave my gates open so my dogs could escape (VERY important to me). They sealed off the work area so that dirt and dust wouldn't come into other areas of the house. They mixed concrete in my driveway but left no trace of this on departure. The workmen were industrious, finishing this large project in a very short time. We are happy with this contractor."

"This is the second time I've hired DB's Plumbing & Drain and I continue to be very happy with them. This time, there were two problems: A main sump pump that had died and a backup sump pump I had connected with flexible tubing which began springing pinhole leaks within months and spraying water all over the room. DB's swapped the dead pump with a spare I had on-hand and reattached the backup pump to the outflow pipe with standard PVC piping. They also joined both pumps to the main pump's larger outflow pipe with a Y-junction which should improve the backup's rate of flow. While they were at it, they replaced the check valves and disposed of a lot of rusty nails and junk that had been swept into the sump pit over the years. All told it only took 2 hours and now everything is quieter, no water spraying around and I have peace of mind that the place isn't going to flood in the next winter storm."

"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"
