"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They eventually arrived at around 8:30 PM and determined that the equipment that they had could not be used in my pipes and even if it could they could not access my roof vent due to the fact it was dark. They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."

"My home warranty company called these guys to fix a hot water issue (so I can't speak to price; I only paid the warranty call fee). Water wasn't heating up very hot, and took a long time to reheat, due to a blown heating coil. The guy showed up two days after the call was placed, right on time, and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing, and showed where the issue was (the blown out coil) as he fixed it.
