They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."

They contact me really promptly and set up an appointment for someone to come look at it and let me know that they would examine the problem for free and let me know the cost up front before doing any work-a huge help for someone on a budget and provided a time window that the tech would be arriving in! They called and texted me a reminder the day before the appointment and the technician text when he was on his way. Upon his arrival he really quickly knew what the problem was, and resolved it AND went the extra mile and showed me how to fix it if it happened again and took the time to explain why it happened-and did all of this as a courtesy! They will definitely be getting my business again, can’t recommend them enough!"
