"Would NOT recommend this company. When showing up to remove the existing door they didn't show up with enough equipment. And told us they needed an additional lift AND a forklift. I told them it needed to be done that day they showed up (we had events scheduled the next couple days) and this would delay installing. We were nice and let them borrow our equipment & my husband had to stay to help remove the exisiting door. This was suppose to be all included in the quote they gave us, but I guess not. After a month of constantly calling them for a refund of using our equipment and help, they offered $200. Not to mention the door was never sealed on the top portion so bugs can easily get in until we fixed it ourselves, and the door was TWO weeks late. The receptionist assured me it would get here in the 2-4 weeks when it was ordered, as they are always there on time, but when I called the distrubtor they said commercial doors are always 6 week timeline. So I don't appreciate being lied to for them to make a sale. Very unprofessional & will never go through them again. Save your money & go with a different company!"

I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company."
