I had a section of basement that required moving of the washer dryer to a new location and separating this section to build a new room for the office space . Ted, the owner met with me and offered a couple of design concepts, Ted was very receptive and patient to understand our requirements. Based on the projected work he gave a fair and very detailed estimate. The work started on the day I requested them to. Ted provided us with a very good technician who knew it all. They completed plumbing, electric, wall frames, insulation, dry wall and door placement for us. All work was done in estimated time frame and cost. Ted was very flexible to provide services around our schedule of being home and were very accommodative to making changes as we went along and presented it to them. Overall it was a very pleasant experience to work them. They offer 1 year warranty on their services. I noticed some minor issues after the dry wall finish and reached out to Ted. He sent his crew the next day to address the issue at no cost. They stay true to their commitment. You can't beat the price for the quality of the service they provide.
