Small jobs welcome

I have spent the last four years remodeling and constructing new buildings, working for other companies such as Hausmann Construction and Samsung Construction—including on the renovation of the football stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have carried out renovations of churches and schools, as well as basements, garages, bathrooms, and kitchens. Now, I have established my own company, and I am ready to apply all my expertise to grow my business.

"I called Bill on a Monday a.m. after I got in the shower and there was no hot water. He was at my house by 10:00 a.m. One look and the water heater needed to be replaced. He had other appointments scheduled, but made time to install a new water heater. My water heater is in a cupboard in my garage and is a very difficult space to get stuff into and out of. He installed the new one and discovered that it wouldn't stay lit and so had to install yet another one. He had to remove part of the door in order to fit the new one in. He repaired the door afterward, so you'd never know it had been altered. Even after installing two water heaters, he charged me what he initially quoted me. I would definitely hire Bill again."

"We had a few lapses in communication at the beginning, but once we were able to get the job estimate and agreement he was very quick to finish the job.  He asked if we would like him to take care of finding someone to take the old fence, which was fine with us.  Appreciate that he recycles and doesn't just throw it in the dump.  Was nice to have it hauled away and not have to worry about it.  He and another helper worked on the project for 2 days.  We are pleased with the final project, fence looks nice and seems to be solid.  Terry was pleasant and easy to work with.  <br />"

"Great experience...they came when they said they would, and they did quality work.  They actually took longer, but did so in order to maintain high standards of quality.  They were considerate of our house and cleaned up after themselves.  They were friendly and respectful as well as considerate when they came to work.  We are very pleased with the final product...made a good choice of who to work with."

"Over the last five years my waterfall has not worked properly; three different landscapers have come to fix it. Unfortunately they would "band-aid" the situation but never fix it. Then Mark arrived on the scene. The first words out his mouth were, "All of the leaves in your backyard are the same color and shape." He is passionate about landscape design. His bid came out to the penny when he was finished; no surprises. We now have a long term vision of where my yard needs to go; he will come back to do little things that tweak my yard to give it a "landscape designer" look. I can still do my "therapy gardening", but it has direction. One afternoon I arrived home, and he had stopped by to move a birdbath/water structure.( Where it was sitting destroyed the balance); then he calls to see if it is okay where it is. He makes super helpful suggestions. I had a space that needed some punch; Mark told me to go to Lowe's; their trees were discounted and would be cheaper than what he could sell one to me. (what landscaping company does this?) The crew calls before they come and then calls to see if I was satisfied with what they did. They are as polite and knowledgeable as Mark. I am high maintenance when I have anything done in my house; I'll admit it. That stress is gone when working with this company. There is not a speck of dirt on the driveway and nothing they can not fix. You can afford them; just do it and enjoy your own little piece of outdoor heaven. Oh, by the way, he likes to talk and not communicate via text and email; that says something right there. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Ceresco, NE

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
