"The coordination between the Driveway Lady and her partner/husband was not good. It felt like she was making promises and he was trying to cut corners. He tried to skimp on landscape fabric and on rolling (compacting) the stone until I insisted otherwise. I discovered after they left that his men had dumped about a ton of our old gravel base in the arborvitae bushes that line the far end of our long driveway. They also spread the stone unevenly, so that now, just a month later, weeds are coming up in some spots. While I personally like these people, I would not recommend them."

They were generally prompt in work completion and scheduling, and demonstrated a lot of flexibility in fielding impromptu requests. "We had a walk in shower problem from the day it was installed several years ago. The grout would not properly dry. However, this time the mud was done properly, the grouting and tile was sloped correctly and it now drains and dries within an hour or two. The job was done right and call backs were not an issue. <br />"

After it was poured, these guys worked on the sidewalks and the apron for at least five hours. My neighbors can't believe how great the sidewalks look! They even moved several large boulders - which had previous been used for seating around a fire pit - and placed them in the front of our home in the flower beds. "Provided estimate 10/2021. Later told they were booked thru end of year and could schedule for the spring 2022. Called this summer after no follow up to email requests to schedule the work and still told they are short on help and cannot schedule the work at this time. Almost 10 months and a job can't be scheduled. Seriously, stop advertising if you can't or won't do the job."
