"I needed two water heaters replaced. They were aging, and I was living on borrowed time. I called Steve on Sunday. He gave me a great price and on Monday his technician, Jeff, arrived on time to replace both. He did so in two hours and hooked everything up properly. I've done this work, so I know when it is right. Very courteous and very professional. Replaced the expansion tank as it was again as well upon his recommendation. We're good for at least 12 more years! Thank you, Water Heater Express. Amazing people doing great work."

"My water heater stopped working on Friday night (Sept 10, 20211). I called the service provider I had used for decades who came on Sunday afternoon and was given a quote for $4000. I was shocked!!!! The technician was very nice and made numerous recommendations. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked for me: my responsibility to get unit, hire them to install which would void the warranty, etc. I contacted Angie's list because I've had success with it before. Two immediate caveats: 1. BBB rating 2. Stellar reviews. The price was much better and included a top rate water heater, installation, removal of old unit, and a ten year warranty. Steve H came and installed it and did a remarkable job. Everyone individual I dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions. SUGGESTION: Check for your own financing first. Some credit cards offer immediate 2% deals and no interest payments for as long as fifteen months. Done Right Today does offer financing but research first. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE DEAL, INSTALLATION, AND WARRANTY I GOT AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL DONE RIGHT TODAY AGAIN. i am done with my old service provider."

"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. Clean up afterwards, no surprises and great prices. Would call them first to work on any project that needed to be done. These are the kind of service people you want doing your work.
