I was happy to find out that it was just my dual run capacitor and that I didn't have to replace unit or pay an astronomical amount of money ($262). I rated the value for the money a 3 only because I know how cheap the part is. However, the service of having a quick response, professionalism, quick fix, and a central air unit that is cooling wonderfully is invaluable, especially in these hot temperatures.
