We haven't had any water problems in our basement since installation of this system and they provide a lifetime warranty for your basement to stay dry, a warranty that is even transferable when the home is sold. The work was done in a total of two days by 3 or 4 people. The work was done satisfactory, the crew cleaned up after themselves and used cardboard on the floor to minimize dirt and dust from spreading when entering and leaving the home. "the water went down through the floor to basement. Had area of 3x3 feet wet on carpet and stains on ceiling in basement. This happened on weekend. Call servpro on Mon. They called right back and set appt.. They came in and went right away to the basement... Came up and said they ripped the carpet and took the wet pad out.. Even before giving me an idea of what they are doing or estimate of the cost... When asked about estimate of cost, they said to put down $1,000 deposit and then they will come every day to check if more drying needs to be done.. Then after that, reconstruction with replacing carpet and painting will be additional charge... Felt this is very unprofessional. They should explain what they are doing and give estimate before they start ripping out the carpet.. Told them to stop and leave..."
