"$100,000 in damages! This company completely ruined our home!! RMS was hired to finish our modular home - including decks, metal roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishing work, & construction of block basement. The results were not just disappointing, they were catastrophic. Licensed contractors who have inspected their unfinished work have estimated over $100,000 in repairs & reconstruction. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. Our horrific experience with RMS has devastated our family financially & emotionally. We have extensive photo & video evidence supporting every claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"Family Room remodel included: carpet removal, installation of heated flooring and Luxury Vinyl Planks. Added quarter round. Repaired damaged drywall and painted. Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction."

"If you are looking for someone to do foundation work on your home or business, Engineered Foundation Solutions are the people to call! After contacting them through their website, I was contacted the next day to set an appointment for an estimate. They worked with my schedule and I met with Brian within 5 days. I explained to Brian my problem and they developed a plan to solve it . I had an proposal in 3 days. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional. From day one, I felt like they cared about solving my problem and that we were part of their family. I highly recommend Engineered Foundation Solutions for all you foundation repair needs!"

"After many years of dealing with a damp, leaky basement and all of the headaches that come from it, I finally had enough and called AquaGuard. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call into the office, to the owner Tom and crew were great! The install crew of Shawn, Clyde and Aaron are quite a team! They took care of my home like it was their own. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about what a great group of people they are. My basement has never looked or smelled this good! I was embarrassed to have people see it before. Now, it is beautiful! The system has performed like a champ during the last several heavy rains and if you looked at my basement now, you would never know what a mess it was. Before, I was sopping up water, embarrassed by ugly stained walls and dealing with musty awful smells. Now, I enjoy going into my basement. I have peace of mind that my basement and home are protected. The price I paid for the service was very reasonable and well worth every penny. AquaGuard's reputation proceeds them.
