"We give an overall A rating to the management, salesman, job foreman, and the workers, and they deserve an A in each of the sub categories as well. We could not be happier with the product and its installation. I think ProSunroom has been in the business for quite a few years, and based on our experience, they should be around a lot longer. They started the project on schedule, worked everyday until it was completed, cleaned up every day and after the job was done, worked very hard, and pleasantly took time to address any questions or concerns we had. From start to finish this project went just the way you would want I to. They installed a 9 x 12 three season room on our existing deck. This included tying in the roof to our existing garage roof and matching the shingles as well as moving and realigning the gutter. They built two screen/window walls that included a 6 foot glass/screen sliding patio entry door. The rest of the two walls they constructed included complete screening and their own rather unique system of sliding window panels inside the screens that allow for complete openness or that can be completely closed to keep the elements out. The panels do not have glass but have a clear vinyl sheet type window. It looks as clear as day, and we got it tinted to help shade additional sun. The other two walls were our existing patio door to the house and the side of the garage. They did a great job finishing off the inside where the roof they added was tied into the existing house—and they installed the ceiling fan we purchased separately for the new room. It’s December and the off season right now for our three-season room, but we are looking forward to using it extensively come spring—although our cat already likes to spend time out there."

The work was done timely & the end result exceeded our expectations. The clean up & repair of our yard was also very good. One minor post install issue. Again, Omnipro was very responsive. "Since a home can be one of the largest and costliest purchases a person can make, I went in as prepared as I could in securing the mortgage.  Mark got high praise on Angie's List so I gave him a call to see what we can do.  The coupon for a free bank appraisal upon transaction completion was a plus! There is a ton of paper work that goes into a home purchase, and I like to meet the person I'm doing business with, so Mark was gracious in inviting me to his office for our first meet on a Saturday.  I could not do a weekday due to a busy work season.  He even offered to drive and meet me at a half way point (we are approx 2 hours apart), but mutually decided his office would be best for being close to his PC and copy machine for all of the documentation.  I came in with 90% of the docs that he needed on day 1 and whenever the bank needed more our communication was like a game of ping pong.  While I made sure to send him something they needed within 24 hours, Mark and the bank communicated seamlessly with no lag in response time.  My real estate paralegal was surprised that the bank and Mark would respond so quickly where most would take days.  Even on the day of closing, the bank warned us that they might take until 5pm to get everything ready, but my lawyer's office had everything they needed by around 2-3pm.
At certain points I got nervous about the rising interest rates but this is not something anyone can control and Mark helped to calm me.  I also freaked a bit about not meeting the interest lock deadline, but Mark somehow took care of it and got the bank to keep the same rate even though we were 4 calendar days / 1 business day late.
The absolute best quality about Mark's service is that he or his office WILL ALWAYS PICK UP YOUR CALL.  We even spoke on the weekends sometimes.  He might pick up just to tell you that he has to call you back later, but its real customer service that you get a human being to tell you this and not a voice mail that you're not sure they received or not.

"It was a fine experience overall. The owner handled the business side of the projects, and the work has been done by his subcontractor. The only issue I had was with the subcontractor being less detail oriented than I would have wished. Some of his work was a bit too rough. But, still overall, they did a good job."
