"Pro Home & Sunroom did come and resolve the issues that had been left unattended. We were contacted by a new crew, led by Bobby who came and assessed the various problems, and discussed solutions. Bobby was in constant contact with us, always arrived on time and never cut any time short in completing the work. Bobby did beautiful detail work, really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. James also worked with Bobby and he also did a very good job of fixing various problems that the original crew left behind. Rick Edwards did follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. On the outside they removed the bottom layer of brick, sealed and put flashing in, replaced brick, put a stone trench around the outside to help with water, replaced broken bricks, cleaned up mortar joints, insulated the top of the sliding doors, fixed caulking around windows, replaced broken patio tile. On the inside they removed the water damaged pine knee wall, trim, MDF underlayment, baseboard, and shoe mold. Sealed the bottom of the wall then replaced everything with new materials. We are now left with the beautiful Sunroom we had originally envisioned and were promised, thanks to Bobby and James"

"Since a home can be one of the largest and costliest purchases a person can make, I went in as prepared as I could in securing the mortgage.  Mark got high praise on Angie's List so I gave him a call to see what we can do.  The coupon for a free bank appraisal upon transaction completion was a plus! There is a ton of paper work that goes into a home purchase, and I like to meet the person I'm doing business with, so Mark was gracious in inviting me to his office for our first meet on a Saturday.  I could not do a weekday due to a busy work season.  He even offered to drive and meet me at a half way point (we are approx 2 hours apart), but mutually decided his office would be best for being close to his PC and copy machine for all of the documentation.  I came in with 90% of the docs that he needed on day 1 and whenever the bank needed more our communication was like a game of ping pong.  While I made sure to send him something they needed within 24 hours, Mark and the bank communicated seamlessly with no lag in response time.  My real estate paralegal was surprised that the bank and Mark would respond so quickly where most would take days.  Even on the day of closing, the bank warned us that they might take until 5pm to get everything ready, but my lawyer's office had everything they needed by around 2-3pm.
At certain points I got nervous about the rising interest rates but this is not something anyone can control and Mark helped to calm me.  I also freaked a bit about not meeting the interest lock deadline, but Mark somehow took care of it and got the bank to keep the same rate even though we were 4 calendar days / 1 business day late.
The absolute best quality about Mark's service is that he or his office WILL ALWAYS PICK UP YOUR CALL.  We even spoke on the weekends sometimes.  He might pick up just to tell you that he has to call you back later, but its real customer service that you get a human being to tell you this and not a voice mail that you're not sure they received or not.

"We read great reviews about this company on Angie's List, and thought it would be a no-brainer. The owner Les, was great. The workers, were not. Both bathrooms got new medicine cabinets. The walls all around them still have holes from the old fixtures/etc. It took from April until July to get our radiators connected again. The painting done is AWFUL. Some of the bathroom fixtures (such as the toilet paper holders, towel bars) are already pealing away from the walls because they weren't installed correctly. We had our kitchen done by another company - Commonwealth gave us a better estimate. Looking back, we should of stuck with the company that did our kitchen - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR."
