"OmniPro quickly came out for a free estimate, drew up a contract, and told me they'd be able to install the patio in late June. Sure enough, they came back in late June and finished the entire job in about 2 1/2 days total. They brought in some heavy machinery to make the install easier, and that did tear up some grass, but in the contract, they agreed to reseed any areas damaged by the machinery, which they did. Just two weeks later and the grass is starting to look back to normal again. I'd check on the crew throughout the process, but they didn't need a thing from me and worked very independently. A cable to an outdoor electrical box was cut in half accidentally since it was buried, but they quickly let me know about the problem and were able to repair it at no added cost. It was incredibly fast, yet the quality of the work done is fantastic. I would definitely go back to OmniPro in the future. They were true professionals and I couldn't be happier with my patio!"

"I put my old Victorian house on the market this summer, and it sold in two days!. I must give credit to S.L. Contractors and wonderful job they did remodeling my house. I got their name from Angie’s List four years ago. My first project was the painting of all the exterior windows. I have three floors. They even repainted the rusty grills at my basement windows. That wasn’t a big job, because the jobs kept getting bigger. Then I had my old pantry converted into a powder room. My next project was the biggest one - removing all the knob and tube wiring and then replacing the plaster with drywall and finally adding can lighting. What I love the most is my new kitchen. The kitchen sold the house! It was exactly what I wanted. Mr. Washington, general contractor, over the years has been a source of information about quality construction. He was kind of a design consultant for the remodel job for the kitchen. When discussing the size of the island, he said “No one ever says the island is too big.” He worked with me and was flexible as I selected decorative touches from retail stores and online. My kitchen was a challenge. It had pine wood paneling and the layout didn’t work. Mr. Washington changed the appliance layout. I needed my hallway tiles to match my kitchen floor. Mr. Washington searched and found tiles in Texas that matched perfectly. I had a positive experience with S.L. Contractors."

"The owner of Wolfeâ  s Extreme Builders, Chad, made the entire process of addling a Trex composite deck an exceptional experience. From the planning phase, Chad was able to show us pictures and plans from previous composite decks he built. He was 100% committed from day one, sketching, measuring, and offering tips weâ  d never have thought of. He designed a rain system and fabricated it to the exact specs of the deck. The rain system, fit underneath and to the joists collects rainwater. It flows into a hidden gutter and downspout which is then diverted away from the house. Now instead of having one outdoor space, we have two, since the stamped cement pad under the deck wonâ  t get wet. Workers from this outfit showed up ready to work until the job was complete. You donâ  t find this kind of work ethic every day. I will use Wolfeâ  s Extreme Builders for all my building projects in the future because they have proven to be top notch!"

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Champion, PA

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
