"Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience."

"I highly recommend Zona Floors!!! I hired them to install some Pergo flooring that I purchased, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! Audrey came out for an estimate right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days of contacting them, which I really appreciated because I was looking to have the floor done as soon as possible. The guys that came to install the flooring were on time and did such a great job. Their attention to detail was impeccable!! The floor looks absolutely perfect without any defects! I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! The hard work professionalism & quality is unmatched! Anthony stopped in about 6pm to follow up & make sure all was good."

The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. "Alex and his team did an amazing job. They installed 3â x12â tile on my shower walls, created a shower niche that met the ceiling seamlessly (31â H to 98â H x 4â w), and installed 24â x48â tile throughout my bathroom, including the showers floor. Many cuts needed to get the shower floor to slope correctly but we found a grout that matched the tile so it still has a seamless look throughout the bathroom. Alex and his team communicated exceptionally well and completed the project quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Only issue was that some of the large format prices in the shower had damage to the angled edges because of the numerous cuts. This is a very minor flaw that canâ t be noticed when standing and will not be noticed when the shower glass is installed over m. Would recommend Alex and would use him again if we decide to do backsplash."
