"This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. While the initial response and quote were quick, everything after that was a complete disappointment. Worker reliability and workmanship were inconsistent, and the overall professionalism of the job fell far below expectations. Issues arose that should not have happened in the first place. Although the owner responded when concerns were raised, it often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was left having to follow up repeatedly to address problems that should have been managed internally. The most unacceptable part was what happened after the job was completed. Not even one full business day had passed before I was hit with a barrage of calls, texts, and emails demanding payment ? including threats of late fees. The aggressive tone and immediate escalation were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. From start to finish, this experience was stressful, frustrating, and far below the standard "

"Express Flooring Customer service/Installation is terrible. I need re-stretching done. I called few times they said to leave a message, they will call back. They never did. Finally got someone on the phone, they said send photos by message and someone will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos, after 3-4 days, no call, Called them, they said, you need to send photos by email; some will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos by email, 3-4 days no call, Called them, They said they received the photos and installation will contact. 3-4 days, still no call."

I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! The hard work professionalism & quality is unmatched! Anthony stopped in about 6pm to follow up & make sure all was good."
