On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. "Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"
