"Overall very professional and they did a good job cleaning the vents. I didn't realize there was an additional $100 charge to have the main trunk line cleaned so that was a surprise, but wanted the entire vent system cleaned so I paid the additional money. They also offered to cleaned my dry vent while there for $50 so I had that done as well. While the inside of the dryer looked great, the vent on the outside of the house had a lot of lent built up/clogged. I was able to just reach in and pull out the build up lent. I don't know how well the dryer vent was actually cleaned since there was that build up. Once I pulled out the lent and turned on the drying the air flow seemed to work much better."

I was without hot water, which was a significant emergency as it happened the day I was having 10 people for a birthday dinner in  just 8 hours. Jan was wonderful, she arranged for someone to come out the same day. This was quality, responsive professional service .

"I called for an appt. on one day and they were able to come the next day. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time (no: "between noon and 4--they set a specific time of 1 pm) and got right to work. They worked quickly and were able to do what I needed, in addition to suggesting replacing the washer from the non-leaking faucet handle as well as the leaking one (made sense because it is quite old). They were not able to snake out the bathtub because of a sealed drain, but gave me the suggestion of a product to use to help the sluggishness (which isn't even sluggish any more because of the chemical that they used). Cleaned up after themselves. I do not know how much plumbers charge so I really don't know if their price was fair. It seemed like a lot to me, but, on the other hand, I am glad to have the work finished and was happy to pay such a professional company."
