"I'm always a bit nervous trying a company with no reviews (so guess that makes me their first on Yelp!) but I am SO glad I did. I sent out requests for a price estimate to multiple companies and David got back to me first. He was available same day for a free consultation. He was prompt, polite and professional. After assessing the damage done to my water heater, we talked over a few possibilities based on my finances. It appeared the whole thing would need to be replaced so he offered to search for gently used water heaters. David got back with me within a week and said that he had researched ways to repair the current damage and that it was worth trying. I told him to go for it because worst case scenario, we replace it as we originally planned. He was at my house the next day and successfully repaired the damage, saving me a ton of money not having to buy a new one. He also offered multiple types of payment (so if you always have cash, never have cash, or want touch free only through an app, you have lots of options)I am so happy with his work and responsiveness! Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"

"Had Jose come by to get an estimate on getting the entire shower stall done. When he got here we talked about what we wanted done and he showed us pictures of samples of what it would most likely look like and he would get back with us on the estimate.. Then my wife and I started talking about how good it was going to look .We started looking around and decided why not go ahead and have the entire bathroom done to give it a fresh new look...contacted Jose to let him know that we wanted to expand the scope of the job......he gave us an second estimate for the added work and we went from there . We were very satisfied with the completed work. The bathroom looks fantastic. Have used JY HANDYMAN SERVICES a couple of times now and will use them again. Jose and his crew do excellent work and they make sure its done right and things are cleaned up. Also like to thank his wife for keeping us informed and updated on the what's and the when's things were going to happen. She does a great job of keeping you informed.......We talked to Jose about having our front bathroom redone @ the first part of 2019.. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"We could not have been happier with our experience for both jobs performed by D.R. Renovations.  The owner of the company came by on both visits and unlike many companies today he took his appointment time very seriously.  On the first visit he was running approximately 5 minutes behind schedule and yet he called to let us know he was on his way. Not only was he on-time for the estimate, he showed up exactly when he said he would for both jobs and after doing outstanding work he cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving.  He and his workers were very professional and friendly throughout the job and the results were of high quality.
After seeing the way D.R. Renovations worked on the first job of replacing the damaged sheet rock, there was no doubt that we wanted them to also install the new hardwood flooring.  We were very pleased to learn that they also did flooring work and as was the case with the first repair, they showed up within 1 minute of the appointment time and finished the job within one day.  For anyone that needs general Handyman work done or a renovation of a kitchen or bathroom in N. Harris County or Montgomery County, this is the company I would recommend.  We plan to do more renovation in the near future and D.R. Renovations will be the provider we call.  They were fantastic!!
