"Although the AC unit was working, it was leaking water. I had another company come in and tell me that the main drain pan was cracked and that it would cost $2880 to repair or I could buy a new unit costing over $8500 dollars. I called Relax Air for a second opinion. Kamal and his crew came out the next day and confirmed that the drain pan was cracked and leaking. His repair cost? $400. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues.
