I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. "Going to take two visits, but that is because they wanted to see if when the unit thawed the fan was still working and save me over $1000. Turns out the fan is shot. So, calling them back, but I know they will be able to fix it. They have done work for me on this unit before. They cannot service all units, as I have a business and they weren't able to fix that one. But, they said that when they got there and looked at it before they spent a lot of time or money on parts, so at least they are honest."
